I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the room on a lower level next to no view was disappointing, the well-equipped open kitchen was a nice touch. The service, with great assistance for dry cleaning and grocery shopping, stood out positively. The location, although on a roundabout, was convenient for accessing Cairns attractions. The lack of dining options was a downside, but the homemade yogurt was a pleasant surprise.
